New Skills?

I had heard the stories. I dismissed them as old wives’ tales at first: whisperings concocted by idle minds. But some folk tales have a kernel of truth, and I could not ignore this one any longer. If true, it would prove a huge boon in our fight against Kronos. It was imperative that I "sniff" out the answer.

My instincts took me to the local tavern, where I overheard two guardsmen talking during a game of dice: “Third job skills? Don’t ask me. Go look in the Eden group headquarters.”

I noticed her immediately in the Eden cafeteria (located in the building located West of Prontera square)—she was the only patron at the bar.



Mysterious Patron

At first, it was difficult to make sense of her ramblings. Soon, it became clear that she would only share her wisdom if I retrieved what she asked for: a mysterious necklace rumored to possess the power of clairvoyance (Necklace of Wisdom); 10 spellbooks containing power, ancient magic (Old Spellbooks); and 200 old magic books that had seen better days (Torn Magic Books).

This is my gift to you, adventurer - may this wisdom help you in your struggle against the impending invasion.
